Are children invited?
We love children, but our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. If you need help arranging local childcare or have questions, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Can you smoke?
We ask that guests refrain from smoking and drinking ANYWHERE on the seminary property during the ceremony.
-
For the reception, please do not smoke indoors; we have to keep the coffee beans in compliance with the health code. If you need to smoke, step outside to the designated areas.
Is it indoor or outdoor?
Indoor — both the ceremony and reception locations will be held indoors.
What do the elderly and disabled people need to know?
The ceremony and reception venues are both accessible, but please note a few things: the ceremony location has a moderate incline and walk to enter; the reception space has a small set of stairs. If you need closer parking, a ramp, seating accommodations, or assistance navigating either area, please let us know, and we’ll make arrangements.
What should guests know about transportation?
We recommend arranging transportation to both the ceremony and reception — there is no continuous shuttle between venues. Rideshares and taxis work well; typical travel time between locations is 15–25 minutes. If you need a closer spot, accessibility assistance, or help coordinating carpools, please contact us, and we’ll help make arrangements.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know your dietary needs when you RSVP or email us at alexjohnson795@gmail.com
We'll share this information with our caterer to accommodate allergies and preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc.). If you have a severe allergy or require medically necessary meals, contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm safe options.
